Leadership Development

Here my work focuses on the interpersonal aspects of leadership, helping leaders build the strong, trusting relationships they need to inspire their people to achieve ambitious targets and even go the extra distance as well as to build helpful networks with other important stakeholders. I help clients work out the difference between push and pull styles of leadership, support them in considering which is most useful in which situation, and work with them so that they can build the skills that increase their leadership effectiveness.

Key projects:

  • Leadership culture change initiative for a multinational conglomerate (in German and English)
  • Five-day courses held throughout Europe for senior managers largely from the Middle East
  • One-to-one support for a client seeking to build a more prominent profile within her organization
