Data Protection Regulation) we control and process any personal information
about you electronically using the following lawful bases. Unless otherwise
defined we process your personal data for marketing, advertising and PR.
We use the consent lawful basis under the GDPR for the processing of your
personal data when you explicitly consent to subscribing to our emailing list.
Your information is used to send you marketing messages within the scope
outlined at the point of subscription. We collect the following information
from you:

- Time & date
In order to unsubscribe
you can either send an informal email to office@cassels-brown.at or cancel the
registration via the link at the end of the newsletter. The legal basis for
processing your personal data is Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.
If, as determined by us, the lawful basis under which we process your personal
information changes, we will notify you about the change and the new lawful
basis to be used if necessary. We shall stop processing your personal
information if the lawful basis in use is no longer relevant.

- ask that we update the personal data we hold about you, or correct such personal data that you think is incorrect or incomplete
